Delete Your Account

Delete Your ArborIQ Account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the ArborIQ app:

  1. Open ArborIQ
  2. Go to the Account tab
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm with your password

This permanently deletes your account and all associated data, including:

  • Your profile and login credentials
  • Properties, zones, and tree data
  • Diagnosis history and photos
  • Care schedules and treatment records
  • Push notification preferences and tokens

If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing tech@arbortote.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
